1. About this policy
This page describes a suggested privacy approach for CeveoAI. It is not legal advice. The site owner must verify each statement and adapt it to applicable law and the actual deployed features.
2. Information handled by the starter site
Basic browser tools process the values or images you select locally in your browser. The favorites and recent-tools feature stores tool identifiers in local browser storage. The static starter site does not include a sign-in database or a website analytics integration by default.
3. AI provider requests
If the PHP AI chat endpoint is configured with an OpenRouter API key, text submitted to the AI chat endpoint is sent to OpenRouter and potentially its selected model provider to produce a response. Review the current terms, privacy documentation, retention practices, and pricing of each provider you enable. Do not submit passwords, financial credentials, sensitive personal data, or confidential material.
4. Third-party services
The starter site loads web fonts from Google Fonts and requests QR-code images from a third-party QR service when that tool is used. These services may receive technical information such as IP address and request metadata. Before launch, confirm whether these integrations remain in use, review their policies, and disclose them accurately.
5. Cookies, advertising, and analytics
No analytics or advertising scripts are included in this starter build by default. If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure advertisements, subject to the actual account and consent settings. Before enabling AdSense, update this policy to describe the live advertising setup, provide any required consent controls for the regions you serve, and link to the relevant Google privacy and advertising settings. If you later add analytics, affiliate tracking, or other cookies, disclose those technologies accurately as well.
6. Accounts and saved data
Account sign-in is not connected in this starter build. Favorites and recent tool IDs are stored in local storage on the current browser. If Firebase or another authentication/database provider is added, explain the account fields collected, purposes, provider processing, retention, and account deletion process.
7. Children's privacy
The site may be used by students, but it is not designed to collect unnecessary personal details from children. Do not add account or analytics collection without appropriate age, consent, safety, and legal review for your intended audience.
8. Data retention and security
Local browser data can usually be cleared through browser settings. Provider requests may be subject to provider-specific retention. The site owner should set a retention policy, limit access to secrets, add rate limiting, and review security before production use.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. Replace this section with an accurate process and contact channel for the jurisdictions the site serves.
